Our Arlo training sessions will move with pace so please make sure you have prepared by watching the videos on Arlo TV. In addition to this, please download the Arlo for Mobile app and read through its help article.

We also suggest you make yourself familiar with the Arlo Help Centre.

Please double check the time of your appointment and save the calendar notification to ensure you do not miss this training.

Lateness or absence

Training sessions will start promptly at the booked time. In the event that the start of training is delayed due to the late arrival of some or all of the attendees, the time lost will not be added to the balance of remaining training time and no refund will be provided. Requests to change a training session date or time must be submitted one or more business days prior to the scheduled start.

Second implementation training session

If a second implementation training session is included in your implementation package, it must be scheduled within 2 months of the date that the platform starts to be used to take live bookings from registrants (known as ‘Go live’). In the event that the second implementation training session is not scheduled within these 2 months then this training session will be lost and no refund will be provided.

Transfers

You may transfer your registration yourself up to 1 day before the training starts. After this time, please contact support@arlo.co as soon as possible to avoid losing your place.

Cancellation

You may cancel your registration yourself up to 1 day before the training starts. After this time, please contact support@arlo.co as soon as possible.
